  • Same Day Delivery
  • Order and payment received BEFORE 2PM from Monday to Sunday, orders can be delivered on the same day. Any orders received after cut-off time will be delivered the next working day.

 

  • Delivery Days
  • We deliver every day! Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays).

 

  • Delivery Time
  • We deliver from 9:00AM to 9:30PM (including Pubic Holidays). (Kindly contact us if want to make special arrangement)

 

  • Morning Delivery
  • Order and payment received TWO (2) DAYs in advance in order to arrange for next day morning delivery.

 

  • Delivery After 5PM
  • There have additional charge for the order that want to deliver AFTER 5PM. Kindly contact us for enquries.

 

  • Delivery During Peak Season
  • During the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Christmas and Chinese New Year, kindly place your order THREE (3) Days in advance.
  • Due to the unusually higher demand during Peak/Festive seasons, we will try to accommodate your special time request to the best of our abilities. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date .

Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with the product, please notify us immediately upon receiving the order as most of our products are perishable. We will either provide a free replacement or refund the money (30% from the price have purchase) to your order.

IMPORTANT NOTE: NO REFUND FOR GOOD SALES ARE SOLD.
