Delivery policy

The same day deliveries are available for orders confirmed before 2:00 pm. Order placed after 2:00 pm onwards we reserve the right to reschedule for the next available delivery time or day without refund or return in cash at the discretion of Jasmine Floral & Gifts Sdn. Bhd. There is no refund or cancellation on purchased order.

Please note that if we have difficulties to locate the recipient address, we reserve the right to contact the recipient.

In some circumstances, we may not be able to deliver the flowers directly to the recipient, we will leave the flowers with a co-worker, reception area, or neighbors. Additional delivery charges will incurred if request re-delivery. To avoid any discrepancies on the delivery, please provide recipient’s full address and correct contact number.

We won’t responsible for the late delivery, if due to wrong recipient address given or may not be able to deliver the orders on time during bad weather or uncontrollable situation (including heavy rain, flood & etc.). These are beyond our control and therefore we aren’t able to refund or re-delivery of affected orders.

We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box addresses.

The delivery charges are depends on location and different delivery time frames. It will be auto calculated on checkout form.

Wedding Car Decoration

The wedding car decoration arrangement will be held at our premises.

The same day wedding car decoration arrangement are available for confirmed appointment before 12:00 pm. Appointment confirmed after 12:00 pm onwards we will reschedule for the next available appointment time or day without refund or return in cash at the discretion of Jasmine Floral & Gifts Sdn. Bhd. There is no refund or cancellation on purchased order.

Flowers and Materials Substitution

All flowers and materials are subject to nature, seasonality, and regional availability. We will try to fulfill the best of our ability. In the order of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute the flowers and materials of equivalent value and quality.

Refund Policy

We won’t responsible for the late delivery, if due to wrong recipient address given or may not be able to deliver the orders on time during bad weather or uncontrollable situation (including heavy rain, flood & etc.). These are beyond our control and therefore we aren’t able to refund or re-delivery of affected orders.

All payment transactions made via the www.sim-florist.com are non-refundable, except in circumstances where there is an occurrence of a technical glitch at no fault of the www.sim-florist.com user.

There will be an admin charges involved if any refund made via online banking / FPX transactions.

The refund process will take about 30 working days by cardholder’s acquiring banks.
